Jharkhand High Court के 14 June 2012 के record में Vigilance P.S. Case No. 23/2010, 5,628 answer books की examination, 83 suspected interview mark sheets की forensic examination और Vigilance द्वारा 168 में से 139 candidatures को tainted बताए जाने जैसे facts दर्ज हैं। Court ने entire selection process पर strong prima-facie concern जताया था।
2024 में CBI ने 2nd JPSC मामले में chargesheet दाखिल की। Prabhat Khabar की reporting के मुताबिक chargesheet में तत्कालीन JPSC Chairman, Commission officials, examiners, candidates और agency representative सहित 60 accused बताए गए।
